Ordered bakery goods for hard working staff at Capt James Lovell VA. Nice selection and workable price. Really impressed. A+++ Shop local!!
Wow...this place is nice. I just happened to find it in Grey's Lake IL. This little place is super nice. The coffee and morning glory muffin were awesome! The selection here was crazy. I really like when I can find a place like this. I lucked out today. Make sure you do not miss this place if you are in the area. You won't be disappointed. Update:. Went back for breakfast the next morning and the food was awesome to service was great coffee was out of this world. Could not ask for a better place to eat. Update: went back everyday multiple times in a day and I was not disappointed.
Delicious Americana coffee and awesome choices of breakfast sandwiches, scones, and sweets. Cute store options and cozy dining area. The menu is amazing with sub sandwiches, and too many menus to take pics of! The pepperoni and cheese scone was savory and delish!
Great store! I had a buffalo chicken sandwich that was solid and have tried a few different coffee/tea drinks that were really good. The sweets are great too but if you get a black coffee, it’s good but not great. Service was great. Definitely going to come back anytime I'm in the area!
I've been here several times. The coffee, Chai Latte, Scones and Muffins are all top notch. Very busy. A wonderful outside seating area. The staff is great and I highly recommend them.
The bakery choices are phenomenal! I’m not a coffee fan but I’ve been told their coffee is excellent. Lots of great tea choices too. But the bakery items are the story and the headline here. Such delicious cookies, muffins, cannoli, etc.
Selection was huge with so many delicious sounding items. Small complaint, emphasis on small, the menu text. Because there were so many items, the menu was not readable for me. I had to take a picture of each chalk board and zoom in on my phone to read them. I really hope they can scrape together some funds and maybe get a student from the high school down the road to do a small graphic design job and make them a menu and website. I very much appreciated the inclusion of the often disregarded black olive as a sandwich topping. I had the Tuscany wrap and it was good, but a bit small, and the pesto aioli was more of a pesto flavored oil, and the chicken was kinda dry but the flavors were there. The chicken pot pie soup was quite good, more broth and less paste compared to other places, which was nice, and very clearly homemade. The peanut butter cookie was a little dry to my taste as well, but good size and flavor. I also had a dessert coffee and it was very good and very sweet (as expected) which was very tasty. I for sure will be back, there was a ton of really tempting bakery options and I'd like to try a breakfast item next time.
Fantastic! Great location and spot. Yummy treats and good coffee. Went to the other location too
Very cozy coffee shop with lots of great food! I got the mocha mint latte and an incredible breakfast sandwich and my hubby got a chicken fajita wrap and salted caramel latte. My only suggestion to newbies (like me) would be to maybe look at the menu before you head in because it’s a small place and it’s good to know what you want ahead of time because it gets busy and I didn’t want to hold up the line and there’s a lot to chose from. Next time I am definitely going to snag some baked goods. Can’t wait to be back!
Great coffee spot with an excellent selection of coffee, breakfast, and lunch options. The bakery items are always fresh and delicious. Even when the lines are long, orders are prepared and handed out surprisingly fast. Plenty of outdoor seating makes it a great place to relax.
